Abstract:
The scope of IoT is very broad; some active research areas include: new mobile technologies, comprising sensors, sensor networks and actuators, hardware technologies for low-power and long-range data transmission and processing. Technological innovations and developments in these areas have enabled many opportunities in the space industry. This presentation introduces an overview of the recent developments in the space industry, key challenges and opportunities in these areas.
