BRAIA Forum on Technology Frontier

To promote academic exchange among member units of Belt and Road Aerospace Innovation Alliance (BRAIA), broaden academic horizons of member university students, and learn about cutting-edge technologies and industry trends in aerospace related fields, BRAIA sets up a forum series on Aerospace Technology Frontier. The first forum is organized by Northwestern Polytechnical University.

Introduction to the expert:

Researcher of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, Chief designer of Long March 8 (CZ-8) launch vehicle; Adjunct professor of Zhejiang University / Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He has been engaged in the development of CZ-2F (manned spaceflight), CZ-7(cargo-ship express) and heavy-lift launch vehicles (under development). At present, his research subjects are the development of new generation medium-lift launch vehicles, and reusable rockets. Academician of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA), and member of the Human Spaceflight Committee of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF).
